SOMETIMES I SUCKETH

I gained 3.6 pounds from Christmas to New Year's. I was running and trying to watch what I ate. I guess I wasn't watching it well enough, OR maybe too well, at least when it went from the table to my fork and straight into my mouth.

But, I'm trying not to beat myself up about it---too much. It's hard during the holidays to stay on track...ing. I'm working on it though and I hope I'll have better news next week.

How 'bout you, did you gain any weight over the past week of festivities? You know, misery loves a little company :(

I think it's the rare person who does not gain a little weight over the holidays. At least you're paying attention and making adjustments. I'm sure the weight will come off.

I regained a little, but have already lost a couple pounds this week, so I'm feeling good about that.

I think I gained a pound...but I'm getting POUNDED in karate, so I haven't really worried about it.

Give yourself a break! I noticed your progress report and it looks like you're doing great to me. And running...wish I could get that active.

Yeah, 2 or 3 pounds. Normal holiday stuff. I should be back to normal in a month or so. I'm trying to exercise more for 2011, so that should help. :)
