So it appears that Italy is facing a shortage of pizza makers...can it be?
Say it isn't so...
Italy and pizza go hand-in-hand...right?
That's like saying there are no apple pie bakers in America, no baseball players and no hotdoggers . . .
It must truly be the end of days.
What say you? Italy and pizza...getting divorced...

Can't say I really care what's happening in Italy so long as I can still get my NY pizza on virtually any street corner here. Hee-hee! :)
You know, it's weird. A new pizza place reopened (third owners), and I found out today that they don't even make their own dough - but they're set up as a homemade place.
They buy-in their dough from a local bakery. For shame, I say. For shame.
