Word for Wednesday - a game for Writers

Word: defenestrate

Do you know what it means? If you do, heck even if you don't, take a guess and put it in the comments section. Then come back around 3:00 to see if you were "write" or totally wrong.

Here's a clue - it's something you might do if you are angry.

I have no idea, though it does sound like it might have something to do with defending.

no idea - I agree wtih Bish

I'd say something like taking away the other persons (or opponents) defenses.

Defending by taking away something ?

It sounds really official, whatever it is.

I'm going to guess that it means to become defensive in an argument.

Oh, I love this! It's very Balderdash-like. I'm definitely coming back next week to play along :)
