Me and the Girls

It was a beautiful day today. So my husband and I decided to take the girls for a walk: Sasha and Kit.

Sasha is almost two years old now and she is a Siberian Husky. Kit is 16 and she's a Shiba Inu.

Kit is a little overweight but at 16 I'm not putting her on a die...t.

They are such sweet dogs but we had trouble getting them to look at the camera at the same time. Oh well, you can see how sweet they look even if you can't see Sasha's beautiful blue eyes.

I don't blame you for not putting the 16 year old on diet. Hey dhe's done her job ... loving and being companion to you.. walk her more and love her more..Beautiful picture thanks for sharing.

Awww, what sweeties. Aren't dogs the best for breaking the ice with strangers? I'm not a dog owner myself, but I always talk to the people in my neighborhood who are out walking their dogs. It cracks me up how many dogs, especially the little ones, strain sideways against their leashes, claws scrabbling over the asphalt to come greet me.
