If you're wondering what ASMR is, here's a definition from Wikipedia: Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR). This sensory response creates a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. And, if you'd like to see what it's about, you can check out the video above. This is a soft-spoken video, which is meant to help you relax and fall asleep.
