I'm actually far more tempted to click on the year my WIP is set in.

Ugh -- the Vietnam War was just starting up, the Watts riots were going on. 1965 was a crazy time.

Good idea Marcia.

It's fixed!!! Yipee!!!

The year I was born Patsy Cline Did Crazy, and I fall to Pieces and West Side Story was adapted for the Big Screen. Audrey Hepburn was in Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Those were some highlights.

Wow. That was really neat. Thanks for the link.

That was cool! How long did it take you to put all those links?!
Nixon was president when I was born. Jim Morrison of the Doors died a few days before I was born.

Kimbra Kasch said...

Kelly: It didn't take very long but then I saw that the links were broken and I had to go back and fix them all - that took about 20 minutes.

But it's kinda fun isn't it?

Stamps cost 5 cents! I've aged and so has the stamp...grin...

I've been told stories of sitting on my dad's lap and watching the World Series with him...of course I had no idea what I was watching, but he says that was my first tomboy moment...grin...

Brenda: I was such a tomboy. I used to sneak jeans to school - because it wasn't allowed - and I'd slip them on under my dress in the girl's restroom - I must have looked sooo stupid - but I thought I was kewl.
