And I don't mean a holiday filled with jealousy. I'm talking about an earth-friendly celebration. There's no better way to share the love. We all know you can't buy happiness or love and tree hugger has some great ideas.
You'll not only be protecting the planet, you'll be saving a little money at the same time, all while relaxing at home. If you decide to have a nice romantic dinner at home with your sweetie. Or, make some popcorn balls and use a little red food coloring to decorate the treats and then simply shape them into hearts.

My husband and I usually make our Valentine's cards to one another. Not only is it cheaper and greener, it has more meaning!
We don't celebrate. But this year we are ending up having to make up bowling by taking the whole family to the lanes on Sunday, so that'll be kind of special.
We don't celebrate either, since VD is surrounded by so many other events for us--anniversary, birthdays, etc. We'll exchange cards, but that's about it. And I'm afraid we don't make our own, so I guess we won't be doing it green this year. :(

We always stay in & watch a movie. We make dinner and brownies together...His gift to me is that he lets me pick the movie...grin...
