Halloweentown was filmed in Oregon. It was filmed in St. Helens.
This morning I went on the Twilight Tour with a girlfriend and one of the places we visited was St. Helens. The city was decked out for the holiday celebration.

Cool building! My kids have watched Halloweentown. It's fun to see where movies are filmed!
