Craaa-zzz BizzzzEEE Day - TGIF

It was a busy day at work.

After work, I rushed off to celebrate a friend's birthday.

Then, I hurried from that celebration to The Lucky Labrador to catch up with Kidlitosphere blogging conference attendees. It was a quick reunion - my son Jake stopped on the way home from work with me.

I ran home picked up my daughter and drove to a friend's party in Vancouver, Washington.

It was a fun - but busy - night. How'd you spend the evening?

wow! All I did was watch a movie with Hubs and baked chocolate chip cookies...and the cookies were those ready bake kind that all you have to do is put on the cookie sheet and bake...I feel so boring right now...grin...

Hope you are able to slow down some today...hugs...

I made Brenda's beef stroganoff in my crock-pot last night and it turned out really yummy. I'd never tried making it with cream cheese before (just sour cream), so that was different. Then I spent some time working on my NaNo story and that was about it. Before bed I listened to a children's music band called Captain Bogg & Salty, who play pirate songs. Yes, I am so grown-up ...

Your night sounds a lot more exciting, Kim. I hope you have a great weekend!

Very fun! Our summer help, Lefty, is home from college for the weekend so we entertained him, his younger brother and his girlfriend until 11--us old folks can't keep pace with those youngsters!

Bamboo laptops--amazing.

You packed a lot in the evening, Kim! The Lucky Labrador is a cute name for a restaurant!
I met with old friends from high school that I haven't seen in a long time to plan our upcoming reunion, then wrote a quick blog for Saturday and went to bed.

Kelly: I'm interested in the reunion. I've gone with my husband to his before but have never made it to any high school reunions of my own. I was always living in another state with 3 little kids to take care of.

Rena: Beef Stroganoff sounds so good - my Mom used to make it - a lot. Cheap way to feed 9 little kids, I guess.
