MacKenzie and I were playing with our hair. She wanted to show me a new hair style so she tied my hair up into a bow.
First she had to straighten my hair because it is full of waves then she straightened it-one layer at a time by pinning it up and doing a little bit at a time.
Then she separated it into a side ponytail.
And split the hair in two. Then she began pinning it into place
Until she had a bow sitting on top of my head.
I asked my husband if he liked my new hair style.
He didn't seem to like it so well. He said it was "interesting".

Cool! (What do husbands know anyway?)
Fun, looks like you two were having a good time; that counts more than style.
Though I do remember years ago my hair dresser making a beautiful bow with my daughters hair for prom and it really turned out nice. Tell her not to give up.
Happy New Year
Sandy
As a husband myself, I second the "interesting" and add a "well, whadayaknow?" into the mix. :)
Quality time is always wonderful...I wish I had long enough hair to create different hair styles...hugs...
Hmmm...very interesting style.
But the mother-daughter thing is absolutely gorgeous, isn't it?
Blessings in 2010, Kim.

I love it when my daughter plays with my hair - no matter how interesting the style. Fun!
I miss those girl days...
I'm totally in the mood to watch Star Wars now...
