My sister got a new dog: a 2-year old Collie. So, we had to get the girls (Sasha and Lacie) together to become friends. We took them down to the Esplanade and went for a WOG-that's a cross between a walk and a jog. I'm still getting reading for the Shamrock Run and feeling sorely out of shape. But it was too beautiful to stay inside this weekend. I think it was around 60 degrees. Not bad for a February weekend.
It was definitely NOT my favorite film. I like scary films and with Anthony Hopkins and Benicio Del Toro I had some expectations walking into the theater. My expectations were not met. Sadly. I wasn't scared and the transformation of the man into the beast was the only interesting thing. Unfortunately, the beast the man was transformed into was more similar to the 1950's Wolfman than what I had hoped for. I was hoping for more of a WOLF than a man.
Disappointingly, NOT on my list of recommendations for the week.
This is a frothy story that will make you laugh, if you've ever cried over love.
So join in the fun and cuddle up with the Smitten Kitten cheer squad to find out if these girls are able to bring justice to their cheating boyfriends.
St. Paddy's Day is just around the corner. Here are a few ways you can go green and celebrate.
1) Plant some Irish Bells in your yard. 2) Add some green food coloring to mashed potatoes for dinner 3) Eat spinach and broccoli today - it's good for you and it's green ;)
What ways can you think of to go Green and celebrate at the same time?
In my husband's spare time, he's a carpenter at heart. So he builds things whenever he gets a chance--which means a little extra time. And this past weekend was a three day holiday so my husband built another table for a friend's children. He built this out of left over wood that he had sitting in the basement. He's so very handy. The table goes with these little stools
Is there anything you like to do in your spare time that you share with others?
