ASMR can help you sleep. It's a stimulus that helps you relax, unwind and fall asleep. This stimulus is called a "trigger". There are lots of different triggers. One person might sigh as they walk into the house to the scent of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Another person might close their eyes and unwind while listening to the rolling sounds of the ocean waves. Still, some people like some oddly satisfying sounds like hair brushing or cutting. To each their own.
I recently learned of this phenomenon and thought I would do my part to help people find some peace and relaxation during a difficult time in the world.
