We make potty pit stops for her...but shoosh, don't tell her I said anything about it. ;D

But I was really trying to speed it up, and that made my stomach twist into a knot...I had to run...literally for the toilet :( now I know...speed and high fiber can be torturous to runnersKimbra Kaschhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16955657301998255029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1704325586983583256.post-1444362470079678582012-10-19T19:58:43.242-07:002012-10-19T19:58:43.242-07:00This happens to me when I run. So I usually try my best to get that business taken care of just before any run.

I thought I was the only one. Now I know. For a little 5K, that's not such a big deal, but for the 10-miler and half marathon, that could have been bad, very bad. So I got up a little early before both, sat down to eat breakfast and read and relax a little and that helped things get moving. I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise but I'm sure it wouldn't have been good.Jen on the Edgehttp://www.jenontheedge.comnoreply@blogger.com
